Batman Arkham City: Penguin

Pretty much what the title says. I wish it was Adam west voicing Batman though. "Quickly Robin, to the Bat-Cave. We havn't a moment to lose!"
This also tells me something about the villains. Joker and Two-Face are willing to take anyone in their armies. Riddler doesn't have an army, he uses moles in the other villains groups to bring them down. Penguin only takes the best of  the best. Batman is still beast.

    (batman looks around, surrounded by enemies) this isn't a fair fight! you need at least 50 more guys to make it even remotly fair.
    also, why is penguin british and harbouring an electrically charged SOLOMON GRUNDY?!?!
